Where we are, and what is still open.

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This statement describes where the storefront currently meets that and where it does not.

What is in place

Semantic landmarks and a visible skip link on every page
Full keyboard operation including the cart drawer, dialogs and the mega menu
Focus is trapped in dialogs and returned to the trigger on close
Colour contrast meets AA against both the dark and light palettes
Motion respects the operating system's reduced-motion preference
Form fields have persistent labels and errors are announced, not only coloured

Known issues

The lookbook masonry grid reads in column order rather than visual order for screen readers
Some product detail images have generic alternative text pending a copy pass
The size guide tables are wide and require horizontal scrolling at small widths

Report a barrier

Email accessibility@apparelec.example describing the page and what happened. We aim to respond within five business days and will offer an alternative way to complete the task in the meantime.
