Rates, timings and where we ship.

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are picked the same day. Each product page lists its own lead time — most items leave within one to three business days.

Duties and import tax

EU orders are shipped duty paid. Orders to the UK, US and the rest of the world ship DDU, which means the carrier may collect duties and import VAT before delivery. Those charges are set by the destination country and are not something we can waive or refund.

Tracking

Order confirmedYou get an email immediately with an order number and a summary.

Picked and packedUsually within one business day. No notification for this step.

ShippedA second email with the carrier and tracking number.

Out for deliveryTracked by the carrier from this point — their updates are more accurate than ours.

Missing parcel

If tracking has not moved in five business days, reply to your shipping confirmation and we will open a case with the carrier and reship rather than making you wait for the outcome.
