1. Scope

These terms govern your use of this website and any order placed through it. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or we cannot authorise payment.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and exclude shipping unless stated. Where a price is obviously incorrect we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel without charge.

4. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Our published returns window is longer and does not replace that right.

5. Intellectual property

All graphics, photography, copy and the Apparelec name remain our property. Nothing on this site grants a licence to reproduce them commercially.

6. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

7. Governing law

Dutch law applies and the courts of Amsterdam have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
